What to Expect After Submitting Your Application
Once your child’s enrollment application has been submitted, it will be carefully reviewed and based on program availability, families will receive an email with their child’s enrollment confirmation or waitlist status on March 31. If your child is offered enrollment, the registration fee will be due at the time enrollment is confirmed to secure their spot.

THREE-YEAR-OLD PROGRAM

Preschool program preparing 3-year-old students for Pre-K the following year including weekly Chapel and Spanish.
Must be 3 years old by August 1 and fully potty trained.

PRE-K PROGRAM

The pre-kindergarten program prepares 4-year-old students for kindergarten the following year including weekly Chapel and Spanish.
Must be 4 years old by August 1.
5 Days Per Week Only | Full Day Schedule

ELEMENTARY PROGRAMS: KINDERGARTEN/FIRST GRADE/SECOND GRADE/THIRD GRADE/FOURTH GRADE
Complete curriculum prepares students to successfully transition to their next grade level.
Kindergarten: Must be 5 years old by August 1.

Curriculum Fee: $150 per Elementary Student
In addition to core classes of History, Math, Science and English/Language Arts, elementary students engage in weekly Chapel, Spanish, Art, Physical Education and Music classes.
Chromebooks are organically integrated into reading and math centers.

Discounts:
Siblings 10% off lower tuition.
Prepaid tuition 5% discount from annual amount.

Fees are assessed and paid in 10 equal monthly installments from August through May.

    Field Trip Permit

    I understand that during the year my child may take part in field trips and educational excursions, either by private car

    Payment Terms & Conditions

    Enrollment is contingent upon receipt of the complete registration packet and payment of the applicable registration fee, both of which must be received before the first day of school. Tuition will be paid in ten (10) equal monthly installments via direct debit from a nominated savings or checking account, the first installment to be received by 08/01 and the final by 05/01. Any payment returned by a financial institution issued to New Song Christian Academy will result in the assessment of a per payment service charge against the issuer’s account (or against the account of the student on whose behalf a third party payment was made). The returned payment service charge, as authorized by Nevada state law (NRS 597.960) is $25.

    Late Fees

    Tuition and fees (fees include, but are not limited to, any registration, program or supply fees) are due in full by the dates specified in your tuition agreement and/or in the registration form of that activity. Tuition or fees that are 5 business days past due will incur a $5.00 per day late fee.
